How we use cookies on this site.

This page explains the small number of cookies Aifluencypath sets in your browser, why they exist, and how long they last. We wrote it in the same voice we use for training: plain, specific, and without extra tracking layered on top of a simple studio site.

What a cookie is doing here

A cookie is a short text file that your browser stores for a site. Some cookies are essential for a page to work as intended; others are used to measure traffic or to build advertising profiles. This site is a training studio brochure with a contact form. We do not run advertising, we do not sell audience lists, and we have not configured analytics packages that would drop extra cookies in the background.

We keep two kinds of first-party cookie. One is a session cookie that helps the enquiry form stay secure: it holds a token so we can tell a genuine submission from a forged one, and it lets us apply a simple rate limit so the mailbox is not flooded. The other is a consent-preference cookie that remembers whether you accepted the banner or asked us to keep only what is needed. Both are set by aifluencypath.eu. Neither is shared with other companies for marketing.

If you arrive with cookies blocked entirely, you can still read every page. The contact form may refuse a submission if the session token cannot be stored, because we would then have no reliable way to check the request. That is a trade-off we accept rather than weakening the form.

Cookies we set

The table below is the full list as of 2026. Names can vary slightly depending on how your browser reports a PHP session, but the purpose and lifetime stay the same. We do not load advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. None are currently configured, even if you press Accept.

The consent cookie is written with path=/ and SameSite=Lax. We do not mark it as a tracking cookie because it only records a yes/no preference about this site. The session cookie is created when you open a page that needs a form token; it is not used to recognise you across months or across other domains.

Your choice, and how to change it

When you first visit, a short bar appears at the bottom of the page. Accept writes ap_consent=accepted. Only what’s needed writes ap_consent=essential. Both choices last 180 days unless you delete the cookie yourself. Because we have not attached analytics or advertising scripts to either choice, the two buttons currently produce the same technical result: the bar is dismissed and the two cookies above remain available for the form and for remembering the dismissal.

You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. After you do that, the bar will appear again on the next visit. You can also refuse cookies in the browser altogether. We will not try to work around that setting. If JavaScript is turned off, the bar stays visible; that is deliberate, so the notice is never hidden from people who browse without scripts.

Most browsers also let you block third-party cookies as a default. That setting does not change this site, because we do not set third-party cookies. If a future version of the site ever loads a measurement script, we will describe it in this table, name the provider, and only load it after a clear Accept. Until then, Accept does not unlock extra tracking.

Embedded map and other third-party content

The footer and the contact page include a map embed from Google Maps, loaded with a keyless maps.google.com iframe. When that iframe loads, Google may set its own cookies according to Google’s policies. Those cookies are not set by Aifluencypath, we do not read them, and we do not use them to measure our audience. If you prefer not to load the map, you can use a browser setting that blocks third-party frames, or simply ignore the map and use the postal address, phone number and email printed beside it.

We load two typefaces from Google Fonts (Barlow and Roboto Slab) with display=swap. Font requests go to Google’s font servers. We do not receive a report of who loaded which face. If you block those requests, the site falls back to system fonts and remains readable.

We do not embed video players, chat widgets, or social feeds that would pull additional cookies. Practice sheets on the resources page are sent by email after you write to us; there is no download gate that would need extra cookies.

How this sits with privacy

Cookies are only one way a site can hold information. The enquiry form collects a name, email address, optional phone number and organisation, a programme interest, a team-size band, and a message. We keep enquiry records for 24 months so we can continue a conversation and keep a record of what we quoted. That processing is described in the Privacy notice. The cookies on this page do not extend that retention, and they are not used to combine your visit with data from other sites.

You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@aifluencypath.eu. Deleting a form record does not automatically clear cookies in your browser; those live on your device until you remove them or they expire. If you want both gone, send us the deletion request and clear the two names in the table above from your browser storage.

Questions about this notice can use the same address, or the contact form. We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, Singapore time. We are a training collective, not a surveillance product, and we would rather answer a direct question than hide a tracker behind a wall of legal language.
