How we handle the information you send us

We are Aifluencypath, a training collective based in Singapore. This notice describes how we handle personal data when you write to us, book a programme, or browse this site. It is written so you can see what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

What this notice covers

This page applies to the public website at aifluencypath.eu and to enquiries sent through the contact form or to hello@aifluencypath.eu. It also covers the limited personal data we handle when we deliver a programme: names and work emails of participants, and the documents you choose to share so we can teach against real tasks.

We formed in 2026. We do not sell courses to the general public through an account system, so we do not keep customer logins, payment cards or marketing lists on this site. If we later agree a programme with your organisation, the written proposal will say who on your side is the sponsor and how we will exchange files for that engagement.

We treat personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act. The site itself is hosted in the European Union, which means the pages and the short-lived form session sit on EU servers. We do not use this notice to advertise services we do not offer, and we do not hide extra uses in small print.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we ask for your name, email address and a message. You may also give a telephone number, organisation name, the programme you are interested in, and a rough team size. Those optional fields help us recommend a format that will fit the room; they are not required to send a message unless the form says otherwise.

With each submission the server also sees the time of the request and a security token used to keep the form from being abused. We use a hidden field to catch automated posts. We do not ask for identity documents, payroll files, customer databases or payment card numbers through the website, and you should not paste confidential staff or client records into the message box.

If we run a programme with your organisation, participants’ names and work emails are used to admit people to sessions and to send the handover pack. Task examples and internal documents stay under your control. We use them only to prepare and deliver the teaching, and we do not keep copies after the engagement ends unless you ask us in writing to hold a handover pack for you.

Why we use the information

We use enquiry details to reply, to arrange a thirty-minute scoping call, and to send a written proposal if that is what you asked for. Programme interest and team size help us judge whether a clinic, cohort, sprint or briefing is the right shape. Direct email to hello@aifluencypath.eu is treated the same way: it is used to answer you and, where relevant, to deliver the work we agreed.

We do not use enquiry data to build marketing profiles. We do not sell it. We do not pass it to tool vendors, list brokers or advertising platforms. We take no referral arrangements from software companies. We do not run advertising networks on this site, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Inside the collective, only the people who need the information to reply or to teach will see it. We do not publish client names, and case blocks on this site are written so that organisations and individuals cannot be identified.

How long we keep it, and who processes it

Enquiry records, including the form fields and our reply, are kept for 24 months from the last meaningful contact. After that we delete them from our mailbox and from any working notes, unless a longer period is required to handle a complaint or a legal claim. Teaching materials you supplied are removed at the end of the engagement. The cookie that remembers your cookie choice lasts up to 180 days. The session cookie used to protect the form lasts only for the browsing session.

The site is hosted in the European Union. Our hosting provider stores the pages and the short-lived session data needed to keep the form secure. Our email provider carries the message to hello@aifluencypath.eu. Because we are based in Singapore and the site is hosted in the EU, some data moves between those places. We keep that movement to what the enquiry and the programme require. We do not send personal data to additional countries for processing, and we do not use the hosting or email providers for advertising.

We do not load analytics or advertising cookies unless consent is given, and none are currently configured. A fuller table of cookie names, purposes and lifetimes sits on the Cookie notice. You can change your mind by clearing cookies for this site; the note at the bottom of the page will appear again if the preference cookie is absent.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to us using it for a particular purpose, or ask us to restrict how we use it, where the law gives you that right. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@aifluencypath.eu and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the periods set by Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore. We would rather you write to us first so we can put it right. Deleting an enquiry record means we may no longer be able to continue a conversation that was already under way; if a programme is booked, we will say in the proposal which contact details we still need in order to deliver it.

We may update this notice if our practices change. The version on this page is the current one. Material changes will be reflected here with a 2026 date. This notice was last updated on 4 May 2026.
